MANGO LASSI

 
           I love smoothies and here is one from India that uses mango and yogurt. It is a good idea for breakfast if you are in a rush or you are one of those people that doesn't like to eat breakfast. 

          In a blender, put 1 mango peeled and cubed, along with 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of fruit juice of your choice, and 8 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
Serves 2-3
